Try the higher end shopping malls. Even Central malls. I see the well dressed ladies walking around these places. And they are beautiful too.

Soi Cowboy is the place to go.
A good and expensive place is the Hard Rock Cafe at Siam. They have good music from 9 pm, good food, good drinks and beautiful girls (guests). Everything is avaiable there but the prices are upper end.

I sure hope you’re not looking for hanky panky. Bangkok has about the highest incidence of Aids there is outside of Africa.
