Would you consider this a xenophobic law?

In laos its illegal for foreigners to have sex with the loas citizens. you can be jailed and/ or fined $5000 us dollars. http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/cis/cis_946.html#special_circumstance -under relationships with lao citizens. the only exception is if your married has been approved by laos law. I find this xenophobic and i would like to know if any other countries have laws like this?

DON'T HAVE SEX WITH A LAO WOMAN

if the foreigner is suspected to have seduced a lao girl back to his hotel his hotel will be raided and searched for evidence. is this crazy or what. so i guess those perverted americans will have to hop the border and go to bangkok.

dr. che i am not offensive i am just about freedom. if 2 adults want to have sex and really like each other i dont see what the problem is. i think that is a xenophobic law, morals are a choice but in some countries they are the law.

black americans are not slaves anymore so your ideas are outdated and you do not know me for you to be talking so much sh!t you can not even answer my question. america xenophobic this nation was built on immigrant. if an american went to laos they would have to ask the government to enter a loa citizens house you got it twisted boo. you messed up in so many ways.

So my question is... why remake such good films just to put it in english? It just ruins the original don't you think? And the worse part is pretty much 90% of the time our American producers don't even acknowledge that it was a remake of an Asian film to the public!! So basically the general population thinks that it's an american film and then have a misconception that Asian films are terrible or just "hai ya! ching chong kung fu fighting" when there is so much more!
Like one time this guy's like "Oh that jackie chan film is pretty good "FOR an A
