adoption in Pattaya Thailand!? How can i go through with something like this?
I hear their is an adoption center in Pattaya Thailand!
I am looking to adopt but am single and am twenty-four years old. (Almost twenty-five)
I want to adopt a little girl. What are some rules or does anyone know how much something like this will cost?
